I don’t think ponies can purr, but he’s a siren, so I say he can.

So this was pretty fun to make, took awhile, and I had to focus on ‘less is more’ so there’s only six breathing frames, plus three ear flick frames, and three blinking frames, 26 total, if we count duplicates.

This is the SVG, all the frames are in there, in layers, including an unused frame. I picked this frame as default because, idk, looks the best.
