However! Due to how the current version of Philomena works, in layman's terms, the highest I can feasibly get away with is 16,127 on both sides while keeping a 1:1 aspect ratio. (Thanks Pharynx for the insight!)

Previously, the site was a lot more permissive on beyond-absurd resolutions, and honestly, good on them for changing that. I was so worried about crashing something by uploading the original 65536p version due to the SVG->PNG rasterization process.
