- Is a very skilled diver and can hold her breath for a very long time, which gave her mothers quite a scare, when she was young and didn't come up for air for several minutes

- Having larger wings than average, he can be very clumsy at times, especially with landing
- While Scootaloo's wings never grew, his wings grew too large too fast, so they take solace in each other's company, especially when they have bad days
- He rarely flies, but the only time he enjoys it, is when he's at the beach, using the ocean winds to help glide across the sea
