Well it seems as tho you’re not trying very hard if ponies keep saving you. I’m sure you could book a one way flight to somewhere really cold and just bury yourself in the snow and become a pony popsicle. Alternatively, somewhere really hot and just let yourself bake in the sun. Or you could just stab yourself in the brain, I hear that works on zombies.

Or are you just doing it like this because you WANT to be saved and are just desperate for attention and somepony caring about you? If so, that’s a lot sadder, but you still shouldn’t do that.
