If the link and text wasn’t clear this is supposed to be his EQG world counterpart as a pony. A pony pony instead of a snake pony too. Why? Well, his counterpart is a snake because he was bit by a magical cobra which may or may not be the cobra next to him and because his EQG self was never bit, he’s not a snake, just a normal tall earth pony. He does have pet snakes tho, like the one here (named Nate) to make it clear which one he is. Yes he had snake fangs and tail when ponied up as a human, but Scitwi has wings when she ponies up but is a unicorn in Equestria. Don’t question it.
That tail looks hella weird.
