Emo Lad is a ponification of the concept of emo buys, right down to big dyed hair, eyeliner, overuse of black, bangs covering eye, and the concept of somber.

Unlike his sister, Emo Lad is a lot less outgoing and much prefers to keep to himself and not make a scene. He spends a lot of his time just listening to music, he’s not obsessed with the band members themselves as much as his sister is, but he still has posters of them. His mood is mostly that of indifference, unless his music time gets interrupted, then he gets angry.

His mane and tail are naturally hot pink, but since his sister is jealous, he dyes his mane so she shuts up, and because he prefers to not stand out. He doesn’t go online much, half becasue his sister hogs the computer, and half because he isn’t interested in amassing a large number of fake online friends, but he likes to read interviews from band members and learn about new music. He does his hair every morning by himself, and since he actually knows what he’s doing, it doesn’t take very long.

He’s not ashamed to admit he’s never had a fillyfriend before, and he has no real desire anyway, fillies are crazy and if they’re anything like his sister, he couldn’t handle it. He’s kissed ponies before, tho it’s only been his mates for fun (and his sister) he’d rather date them, but he still has no desire. He goes to concerts every chance he gets and whatever money he doesn’t spend on CDs he spends on concert tickets. Pierce the Veil is one of his faves. His skull cutie mark showed up one day when he was lamenting on how crappy school is, he thinks it has to do with his superior introspective skills. He KNOWS life sucks and we’re all gonna die, but he embraces the feeling.
