The selection of this group was inspired by Lazer Team by RoosterTeeth.

Flash Sentry has a history with Prince Blueblood. Flash dislikes him for being such a spoiled, self-important, rich boy with no friends and treats everyone around him like dirt. Though Blueblood has a few “secret” passions, like having a crush on Trixie.

Timber Spruce meets Twilight Sparkle and starts having this thing for her. He starts to have a steady relationship with Flash, with him getting over Twilight. Star Tracker is the youngest the group and kinda a fanboy, especially to Princess Twilight. Timber has to keep a close eye on him so that his interests for her don’t develop from there.

Zephyr Breeze is a lazy, picky poser that get on everyone’s nerves. Although, he does bond with Blueblood for having such luxurious hair.

Sunburst is the brainiac, which makes him kinda awkward around others. But he does know Flash, for both being from the Crystal Empire, and he becomes really close to Star Tracker.

What makes these guys different from the _Mane 6__ is that their friendship is possible by slowly being developed over time, making it more realistic than letting it come naturally. These new unlikely friends will come together; trying to become a team, getting to know each other, making them better ponies than they were before…_
