Did you know Flurry Heart has a medical degree? Well he does! Flurry is a licensed physician and is in secondary school for hands on training, called residency. Flurry and his fiance, Stitches, are residents together. Stitches is a surgery student, while Flurry is training to be a regular doctor.

1) As I've mentioned before, Stitches is a hospital cryptid. Ponies speak of a wicked, grinning face coming to them as they fall asleep before an operation. This is not any ghost a ghoul, but instead a very unfortunate looking doctor, come to tell you that everything will be O.K. before you go under the knife. As hes grown up and worked more, Stitches is aware of this affect and leans in sometimes when a patient is being uncooperative, grinning and carrying his tools around like a mad scientist.

2) Undercover!! Because Flurry feels burdened by their titles, he studies undercover. He binds his wings down under his hospital uniform and uses spells and makeup to change his face. Because he is so well known for his unique birthmark, hiding it under makeup makes him all but unrecognizable to anypony who isn't actively looking for him. He also uses a temporary spell on his mane and tail, dying it light blue for two weeks at a time before the spell wears off. At work, everypony calls him Dr. Snowheart.

3) Boyfriends : ) they live together and kiss every day I have no more to say lol
