Description:
Page 720 – City of Villains, Part 5Naming things is hard. That’s why I like My Little Pony as a campaign setting. Everything and everyone is named so literally and so on the nose that you can go with the most memorable thing that comes to mind.
I mean, people still manage to make incredibly forgettably named OCs (one of many reasons I don’t “have” one of those; that’s what tabletop roleplaying is for), but like I said: Naming things is still hard.
Transcript:
Mane-iac: AH HA HA HA HA!
SFX: (SMASH) (CRASH)
High Heel: I’m starting to enjoy this!
SFX: (WHUNK WHUNK WHUNK) (VWIP VWIP VWIP)
Pharaoh Phetlock: Right? Being a super-powered jerk is lots of fun!
Long-Face: I guess.
Prison Guard: Baw-haw-haw-hawww!
SFX: (WUNCH)
Mane-iac: And just like that, we are all free.
Long-Face: Um, sort of. Partially. Just one thing… We still need to take out those heroes…
Mane-iac: I’m well aware. But we can’t be too hasty. The perfect stratagem will take out those do-gooders for good. And once we do, this city – no, the world – will tremble in fear before… The Guild of Malevolence! MWAHAHAHAA!
High Heel: “The Guild of…” What? Why not a more classic title? Like “League of Villainy”?
Shadowmane: It’s a team name, not a thesaurus competition.
Mane-iac: Forgive me for wanting something original.
