Okay, wanted to share this while it’s still Sunday. New comic format I’m trying out for the Roan RPG Project. I’ll still be focused on making the one-panel comics for the most part, but had some ideas recently better fitting a bigger format with speech bubbles and all. So just testing out what I can do with it.

Won’t be the final design for the comic style just yet. The title design isn’t right just yet, rather make it match better how one of the other artists’ design their comic title, to have a shared standard. Not sure about the general size either just yet. The regular comics I do in a specific size every time and I would like to settle for a standard size for these.

This format takes more planning and longer time too and won’t be a weekly thing despite the mentioned Sunday format. Just an experiment to expand my comic skills and the stories I can tell that doesn’t fit the one-panel comics.

This one came to be when I was thinking up ideas for my new fave cast member, Engel the Automaton. Among reasons to show off her quirks like this one. She likes to “borrow” clothes from others to dress up. Also she likes shiny hardware. But not looking into anything serious. She’s a free bird, baby.

Anyways, I’m happy for any feedback, I’m still trying out to do these classic comic formats. Been a while since I did much with this kind of stuff. Most recent comics suffered from being made in formats exclusively for tumblr uploads, which makes the panel format lazy on my end. This stuff here needs to fit together more balanced.
