Description:
Emerald watches Ruby to see if she understood that all. She just continues to eat however, so whether she knew what cum was or not didn’t seem to faze her. Emerald feels like asking her but realizes it’s probably not a good idea, especially with Joyride in the room.
Emerald asks if it’s possible to cast two spells at once and combine their effects.
“Sometimes. A wand charged with a spell or a second spellcaster is the only real way to do it. More often than not the spells will just activate at the point of contact though.”
Emerald asks if she has any tips on training up his magical energies.
“Just keep at it. Keep casting spells. Doesn’t matter what you are casting as long as you are casting. It’ll all build up your magical strength!”
Emerald asks how long the training will take.
“I dunno. Depends on how fast you pick it up and how long you can cast spells for.” Joyride says with a shrug.
Emerald asks if she had any teachers, or if she taught herself.
“It’s a bit more complicated than that!” Joyride says with a mirthful laugh, “Hmm… I suppose you could say a little of column A, a little of column B, and a mixture of column A and B!”
Emerald doesn’t quite get it, but he’s excited to cast spells now. He wolfs down the rest of his food, and asks if they can go train. Joyride, who is still halfway through her burrito says,
“Jeez, I know you are used to swallow big mouthfuls of things, but some us like to enjoy the things we put in our mouths a bit more. I won’t be all night, just sit and relax for a second!”
Emerald supposed he could ask more questions, or sit quietly and wait for her to finish, then drag her as quick as possible to the training room.
