Looks like the Green Terror of the Everfree and the Drunken Sheriff of Rocky Ridge have gotten up to some hyjinks again, the kind that got them put in the public pillory for their trouble. With Disco Hooch getting depressingly close to sober, it's up to good ol' Marquis to come and pay their bail fees, much to his chagrin. At least Gusty seems to appreciate it...or maybe he just wants some attention. X3
