With so many personalities mixed in to a single body, who knew that Sincere Scholar would turn out to be a rather miracle mix of mares. Each an educational and knowledgeable mare in their own right but also willing and open to critique, grade and judge those whom may have potential to learn and develop themselves. Such was why following her personal trial in tutoring her nephew Tommy, Sincere was perfectly contempt with being given charge of the empire's school system itself. Such a large challenge for a mare with a lot of words and lessons to teach eager ears for literally generations (being an alicorn and such). Paired with her skills in the classroom, the energetic and sophisticated mare also had a great down to earth quality about her, becoming a friendly coach like figure to coax ponies to physically exert their best as all times and to always seek development in everything. Her Spitfire component most pleased about being able to exercise herself as well as the future wonderbolts to be. At the same time her Cheerilee and Trixie components took advantage of their favoring of the classroom and of visual stimulus to show their student a more interesting learning environment. All the while the stout and ever judgemental Harshwhinny kept her tongue ready, for while fun and games are good for the youth. Concentration, focus, and the ability to honestly judge ones abilities is also a helpful tool. Though in the end all mix to create a rather unique mindset that Sincere has when her students ever decode to fuss around. Such as poor Coffee here, who found himself staring at the rather voluptuous plot of her majesty instead of his exam...and as a result Sincere was quick to come up with a quip, typical of such a entertaining mare..
