I decided to 86 the hoodie and give him a suit and tie, because of his love of big band (Sinatra-esqe) Jazz music, and the jazz (the 60s) style
Because he lives in the ghettos of Dertot, he longs for a perfects world similar to the music he listens too.
He reads a book similar to The Man In The High Castle, because of his infatuation with Alternate realities, and the idea that a simple ‘push’ could change things.
