1. When Firefly hatched Thorax bawled. She was healthy and shiny! Spike teases but he sheds a lot of tears too. The couple wanted a kid for awhile but decided to wait after almost all their friends had their own. Changelings are natural hermaphrodites and can expertly change their sex at will...the boys have a lot of fun with this feature.

2. Firefly’s egg. One could see the form of her embryo through the middle of the shell. As she developed more, the clear area got more and more cloudy until it was hard to find her. Changeling eggs are known to be easy to destroy during their first couple months.
   Hewooo, wanted to explore Spike and Thorax a bit. They are Firefly's doting dads, after all... Thorax more than Spike, though. Spike spurns out dad jokes but he's the dad who tries to keep his daughter in check the most (and the one who has to give out the groundings). Overall, they're chill dads who believe their daughter should be able to explore herself. Without setting fire to Rarity's Boutique, of course.

Also...I'm opting out of Spike with wings. Or how he looks in the finale lmao.
