Remembering that I had these two become reacquainted as penpals, shocked by who the pony on the other end was. After the buzz of surprise wore off Ditzy and Hoops really didn’t have much trouble getting to know each other. The process was easy since their letters already revealed how much they had in common. First off they really like to bake. While Ditzy usually only bakes muffins, Hoops will try his hand at anything. He’s better at it than ‘cooking’, his friends will earnestly attest to that.

While not in the same genre, both loved to dance and in an effort to improve her coordination, Ditzy found herself exhibiting a keen interest in sports, namely basketball and soccer. Two things right up Hoops’ alley. Hoops, rad dude that he is, would write a love letter to his skateboard if he thought that it would reciprocate his feelings, and is trying to get Ditzy into it. Not the easiest thing for her though but she is willing to give it a try.

Side note: Ditzy was a professional Duck Herding champion for 3 years running before she left for Manehattan to pursue her dreams as a dancer. She has a fondness for waterfowl. Because of this, Rosy’s real name is Gosling. But this is a retcon so poor Rosy doesn’t know that yet.
