Equestria has TV. But because of a diversity of regional cultural regions not every where has TV, or watches TV. But because there’s always so much going on in Equestria and how high-strung a world it seems from constant imminent monster attack or magical insurrection somewhere, those regions who have TV are famously known for having very very low-key TV. It’s no wonder that the live-broadcasts of regular train or ferry runs over long-distance is the third most popular genre of Equestrian television, forming the backbone of national public television with shows often taken two or three days with no commercials at all.

Really, Equestrians are like Norwegians.
