As they walk further they see the jungle coming up in the distance. The two guides say they are probably a night off from it, and Emerald looks up to see that it’s not quite night, but getting there soon.
Emerald asks about Zebra culture, which Nishan just shrugs and says, “What about it? That’s pretty vague you know.”
He just says he’s very interested and would like to learn more.”
“Then go read a book about it.”
Emerald puffs his cheeks at this, and Loupe tells her coworker to be a bit nicer, and that Emerald is just curious.
“We’ll talk later. Loupe and I have to pay attention to our surrondings.” Emerald knows that this isn’t entirely true. Heck, just early he was speaking with them. But they still got the walk ahead of them to talk, and maybe she’ll open up once they set up camp.
Luckily in the small patches of jungle trees they pass by there are some Zebranana plants. They begin to harvest soon, and Loupe once again takes one aside and cuts it up for a snack. The fruit looks and tastes much the same as a regular banana, except quite larger and reminds the foal of a certain body part of a zebra he’s become very intimate with recently.
As this thought enters his head he notices Joyride trying to get his attention. He looks at her, and she raises and lowers her eyebrows, and taking one of the zebrananas she picked, she pulls the peel down and begins to deepthroat it.
Blushing and trying to change the subject, Emerald asks if maybe he could use his experience with shaping bone to help him learn how to shape stone with pony magic.
letting the banana come out with a wet pop, Joyride says,
“Yeah sure. I mean it won’t be exactly the same because like I said, two different schools of magic. Shaping stone is a lot more difficult than shaping bone though. Just thought I’d point that out.”
