It seems that he is also one of the creations of the horror illustrator Trevor Henderson, but I could be wrong. In any case, I really liked this particular creature. It seems to instill a full-fledged fear of the unknown, a fear of the sea, of the depths, and of the creatures that inhabit those depths.

I liked this internet cryptid because it evokes not only thalassophobia but also megalophobia.
