We were worried.
Am I the only one who loves the idea of Spike's relationship with Twilight and Shining's parents? It's never brought up in the show at all even though it is shown that the two of them raised him alongside their own children. I find it so heartwarming that they would open their home, their family, and their hearts to him despite more than likely not knowing a thing about dragons or how to take care of them. I imagine raising Spike was very much a learning experience for them because he is a completely different species. Despite being a dragon however, they deeply consider him their son, and he in return considers them his mother and father. It's definitely something that I wish was explored a bit in the show.

Decided to do a sequel to "Spike's Parents". After embracing, the two scold him for running away.
