Fun fact: the majority of stray cats in Equestria are actually stray changelings looking for an easy meal. Some are even willing to spend years living with a family as a "cat" after getting addicted to an easy, effort-free life. There's even been a few reports of awkward mornings where a "cat" owner awakens to find themselves cuddling a changeling, after said changeling becomes so complacent it lets its disguise drop :D
