First daughter (for now) of Pinkie pie and Donut Joe. She’s a happy and extroverted pony and never lets others drag her down. She’s simple minded, complex thinking is not her forte but she’s surprisingly very socially adept. Though good luck trying to figure out what she’s thinking about she’s as unexpected in her actions as Discord.

She’s a good friend when you want to hear the unspoken truth, but she cannot read social clues for the life of her. 

When she was young many ponies believed her father was actually Cheese Sandwich, it was a heavy gossip topic quite for a while around ponyville. It affected Donut Joe a lot, what if Looney thought her parents were lying to her and she actually thought the rumors were true! Looney Tooney noticed this and told her father on random Tuesday movie night “ Why are you bothered by it? You’re my dad, that's what matters to me.” Donut Joe did not cry. Pinkie Pie absolutely caught it on Camara.

Donut Joe: My baby!

Looney Tooney: Plus, I like my name! I don’t think Lil cheese fits me.

Pinkie pie: Hahaa! Yep I guess there can only be one of you!

She works at sugarcube corner as the cashier. She's not good at making sweets but she’s learning slowly(glacier more like)-but surely. She’s currently on a mission to understand why this mare ( Beautiful Orchard- daughter of AJ and BlueBlood) buys and eats Apple tarts consistently when she obviously hates the taste of them.
