Description:
She's a background pony who appeared for a second in Call of the Cutie. I like her, because she has the same character design as Diamond Tiara and I like the color blue. Royal Blue reminds me a bit of Sweetie Belle as well.
Her coat is pure white in the show, but I decided to make it a very light blue so that her sclera could be differentiated from her fur.
As for her cutie mark, I'll just go with the theory that it's a flower. I based it off the forget-me-not flower.
