前情提要:月历01年11月，韵律公主被虫茧关入坎特洛特地下洞穴后，虫茧替代了韵律在中心城活动。
第一月纪元的发生迫使群众聚集在坎特洛特避难，但所有小马都无心举办娱乐活动，并因为灾难而滋生恐惧。
潜伏在避难所的幻形灵仍然等待着机会掠食，它们等待虫茧发出的信号，等待恐惧消散时，爱重新占据小马的内心。
但没有人在这种时候仍然有心情结婚，没有人会想要把心思投入进婚礼中，银甲闪闪亦是如此，在银甲闪闪准备与未婚妻谈论此事时，「韵律」控制了银甲闪闪 并从银甲的身上不断吸取爱意。
