"Degenerates like you belong on a—"

If there is a version of Caesar's Legion in Fallout Equestria, it would only make sense for it to be based off of the Zebra Empire (it was literally called the Empire of Roam). So, my headcanon for the "Legion" is that they're based off of pre-war, anti-zebra propaganda. Like, some pony saw an MoI article saying that zebras were all slaving, misogynistic lunatics, and was like, "Hold up, that sounds based. Let's do that!" Then, without a hint of irony, they started running around with machetes and dressing the way they imagined zebras would.

Naturally, in a world where there are remnants of the Zebra Empire still around as ghouls, I thought it'd be very funny to have them encounter some of these LARPers.
