The program I use is Adobe Fireworks CS6, a now old and out-of-print software that was a competitor to Photoshop until Adobe bought it and eventually phased it out. It's somewhat dated, but it still works really well and they're doing some kind of sketchy stuff (no pun intended) with Photoshop these days :P
