After the Crystal Empire Evacuation...

After the evacuation of the Crystal Empire, everycreature, both military and civilian, went past the Equestrian border and completely abandoned the Crystal Empire territories. For whatever reason, The Corruption decided to halt their attacks and completely leave the retreating non-corrupted forces unharmed (mostly). With the news of the sudden stop of The Corruption forces, the EAF, remaining CEIC, and the UCC decided to heavily fortify the Equestrian border just in case The Corruption decides to attack. With that in mind, some soldiers were sent away from the border to get some time off. Celestia knows that they need that break...

As the two ponies, one a mere private and the other who participated in the Crystal Empire Evacuation, walk towards an FOB that will transport both of them to a nearby village. The pony that participated in the battle whipped out a can of beans and opened it with her magic before eating it. To others, it was disgusting, but to the soldiers fighting tooth and nail against the endless hordes of The Corruption, it was nice. As they continue walking (and one of them eating), the private suddenly gets in front of the tired pony and lays down his radio pack before sitting down and looking straight at her.

"Look, you have to tell me what happened back there."

The tired pony simply looked at him in confusion.

"Why are you so interested in this?" she asked.

"It's because I saw so many soldiers talking about the battle. All the horrors and destruction they witnessed, it piqued my interest!" he exclaimed.

The tired pony stood still in silence. Her magical aura surrounding both her horn and the can of beans and spoon hummed in the daylight sun. She was thinking about what he said, should she really tell him the horrors she saw? Plague his mind with so much destruction that'll make the once mighty Discord giggle with glee. She really didn't know...

"Please, just tell me what happened. I won't tell anypony else."

(Boom, Bam, Pow, Skadoosh)

Back at it again with posting my old stuff until I reach my most recent one (which already got posted here, hehe). How many of my old stuff will I drop today? No idea.
