Okay, I’m going to add some context to unicorn marriage because a few people are confusing things and I don’t want them to misunderstand Fancy and Fleur’s intentions!

A unicorn’s magic is highly important for the betterment of Equestria, so by society’s standards and pressure, they need to hurry with their careers and find someone to marry. (This ultimately leads to arranged, unhappy, or business marriages. Everyone is aware of this fact.)

With Rarity’s situation, she is highly sought after, and she knows if she doesn’t accept someone’s proposal soon, her family will be looked down upon. Her magic potential is very high, and many will try to use her because of that.

Rarity doesn’t want to disappoint her parents, she doesn’t want to be a burden, and she wants to find a way to bring prosperity to her family. She didn’t expect Fancy’s offer, and it helped her with the money problem, and the fact she needed to get married anyway. She thinks it’ll be a business marriage, and she’s okay with that. She’d be okay if they were using her for her magic. (Which they aren’t) She’d just want her family to be happy.

Fancy and Fleur have no ulterior motives, they genuinely just want to show kindness to her, and love her if she’ll let them. They are just very generous I promise.
