Biography: Werner Rotflügel Born in Griffenheim to a family of Metallurgists workers. His Childhood was spent in a constant Atmosphere of tension in the City, which eventually resulted in the Revolution. Although Werner's Family as a whole was not affected by what was happening, both as Republicans and as Monarchists. At the age of fourteen, he became a Mechanic's Apprentice, but soon decided to follow the example of his Parents and take up Metalworking.

While working at the factory, Communist Ideas began to spread among the proletariat. At that time, Werner still remained Cold to Politics, considering Communism only a variety of Republicanism. However, one day he accidentally came across an article by Clara Wufkin, in which she analyzed in detail the Idea of ​​a Monarcho-Communist Regime. Werner immediately saw in this the solution to all the problems of both Republicanism and Monarchism. It seemed to him that this was a great way for the government to establish true justice by peaceful means. Even if some people consider it a mistake.

Soon he organized his own trade union with the aim of promoting the Monarcho-Communist Ideology. To Werner's disappointment. none of his colleagues showed any interest, and even among the City Residents only a small number of Griffins joined the union. Everything changed when Monarcho-Communism officially reigned in Griffenheim. Werner immediately offered his services to the government, which in turn considered him loyal enough, but not very smart.

Now he has become the Hochkommissar of the Reichsmandat, the situation in which seemed to bring the Griffin back to the old days. Despite all Werner's efforts, the Ponies do not seem to be too impressed by his Ideas, but he has already gotten used to fighting alone for a just cause.
