-asked, “how much taller is Midnight to Luna?” And it made me realize that I don't think I clarified or directly demonstrated how small I headcanon Princess Luna, even as an alicorn, to be. Princess Luna as an alicorn is smaller than the average pony, and well, her children are the size of an average pony (if not a tad-bit smaller on Aurora's behalf X3). So, if the average viewer didn't know this, then they'd probably think that Midnight in my previous post that I gave a link to above, was HUGE (because canon Luna is already tall)! But no. He's the height of a normal stallion pony. So, he's smaller than stallions like Shining Armor or Big Mac. Just a regular ole pony. His mom makes him look taller, but in reality, if he were a human/anthro, he'd be an average height guy at 5'10ft-6'0ft. I think I mentioned that Aurora would be 5'4ft-5'5ft and Luna would be 5'2ft.

Luna is only this short because I headcanon her initial appearance, before she was turned into an alicorn, to be a miniature pegasus. Miniature pegasus are tiny. They're inspired by the miniature horse. You can see how small they are if you check them out! So, the second she got her alicorn powers, she did grow, but not by much 😅. The same goes for Cadence actually. I headcanon her to be the second smallest alicorn (not counting the next-gen babies, lol).

Anyway, I'm glad I'm finally pointing this out cuz I never really did, lol. Y'all would've just been left to assume that the princesses were all tall and there children were hell of a lot taller, but no X]. Some of them are very smol. OwO

Man, I know I keep posting about the Luna family! I promise I will move on some day! 💀🙏🏾
