Biography: Castan II Beastbane (613 - 569 BA) was the second Emperor to rule over Castan's Empire after successfully completing the Trials of Castan which were created after Castan the Progenitors death.

Reign: Construction of the White Walls of Castanor by Balgar the Builder began shortly after the coronation of Beastbane in 612 BA. This move promoted the migration of human tribes into Castanor due to its relative safety, significantly increasing the resources available to the Castanorian treasury while increasing the amount of manpower that could be put into the field.

First Pantheonic Council: In 600 BA, Beastbane presided over the First Pantheonic Council, which legitimized and justified the persecution of the "bestial races". (This term included harpies, satyrs and centaurs in addition to the gnolls.) This move is widely considered to have been an attempt by Beastbane to increase unity and cohesion amongst the Castanorians, to stimulate religious fervor, and to gather political support for the Second Great Cleansing, which began in 569 BA.

Second Great Cleansing: Starting the Second Great Cleansing, Castan II Beastbane led his armies against its non-human neighbours and invaded the gnollish-controlled lands to it's south. In his march southwards, he drove many of the non-human races in Cannor to near-extinction, such as any remaining gnolls, satyrs and centaurs while burning down much of the ancient Deepwoods. Any non-humans that survived this ordeal either got enslaved or fled to Bulwar or the Forbidden Plains.
After hunting down the last of the Gnolls in Cannor, he shifted his attention to Bulwar and the Salahad, which were at this time in a state of conflict between many non-humans (Gnolls and Harpies),human-led Petty Kingdoms and City States. Utilizing the divides between humans and gnolls in the region, he forged many alliances between him and Bulwari Kings, encouraging them to stand with him to form a front against the Gnolls.
His alliance proved successful, and his efforts reached even into Kheterata, freeing it from Gnollish control and making them into an ally.
During his reign, he was also responsible for the establishment of multiple Castanorian Legions: Legion II Ouord, Legion II Vertesk, Legion II Dostan and his personal Legion II Beastbane.

Disappearance: Next he marched further south in order to chase and end the remaining gnollish threat. It is after this departure deep into the desert, where any more reliable information about his efforts becomes vague. According to legend he fought the remaining gnolls and closed the ‘gates of hell’ from which they came. Alas, no survivor has ever returned from this campaign. It is unknown what became of Castan Beastbane, and because these 'Pits of Grilax' have never been found or confirmed to exist, his fate has remained unclear.

(The Sun Eater is actually a gnoll who has a war with Judd at the beginning. And Kastan II the St. John's Wort is one of the greatest emperors of Kastanor - once the greatest empire of people. Who became famous for having arranged a total genocide of all non-humans, because of which they, dropping feces from fear, ran to look for shelter, where he would not get them.)
In general, there is a lot of fun in Anbennar. There is a necroeconomy, where people pay a tax so that they can die normally and not be made undead after death, and fascist elves who use local Indians as batteries, ogres who devour an entire continent, leaving behind empty provinces, the Chinese who begin to build airships and a lot more.
