Fractured Equestria - This story is an MLP AU fanfiction.

The premise is as follows:

15 years ago, The event known as "The Fragmentation" divided Equestria into six domains, each ruled by a corrupted wielder of an Element of Harmony. The transformed Mane Six now shape the world according to the distorted essence of their Element.

(To be honest, I don't know if I should classify this as an Infection AU.)
