Bio: Chancellor Neighsay is the one of the two main antagonists of Season 8 alongside Cozy Glow.

He is a male unicorn pony who is the head of Equestria Education Association (also known as EEA), a board of scholars who oversee all schools in Equestria. After the defeat of Emperess Tempest Shadow, he found a little filly name Cozy Glow, who had lost her parent in the tornado Tempest had created. He decided to take her in and raise her as her father. He came at odds with Twilight, who wished to teach friendship to the other races, who he believed would use it against Equestria. Later on, he and Cozy Glow worked together to cause the magic shortage crisis and he took control of Twilight's School of Friendship. He and Cozy also, unknowingly Lord Tirek's protégés, who plotted to get rid of Twilight and her friends so that she can take her school and use it to rule Equestria. He planned to store all the magic in two gem that he and Cozy Glow would use to become Alicorns and kill all non-pony creatures that existed. After they were stopped and exposed, he was stripped of his EEA posision and then imprisoned in Tartarus.
