I wasn't sure who to make as Scrap-Iron, when I remembered something - during the events of "Arise, Serpentor, Arise!", Scrap-Iron was one of the only Cobra characters who remained loyal to Cobra Commander. And since Luna/Nightmare Moon is taking the role of Cobra Commander, I figured then it was only appropriate that one of her Night Guards take the role of Scrap-Iron.
