A second attempt at King Sombra as Destro, the Cobra weapons supplier and developer, from G.I. Joe.

Both are villainous, ambitious figures with an aristocratic flair. Further, given his creation of the mind control Sombra Soldier helmets, Sombra is also something of a weapons developer himself.

I'm still not able to generate an image with the appropriate looking mask (that's a weak point with Imagen), but at least on this one I got something that was closer to Destro's outfit.
