Emerald says he wants his DNA taken the "fun" way, but he'd also like to give a hair just in case. Might as well be sure right?

Joyride grins and then picks a strand of his mane out. She then pulls out a small vial and puts the hair inside, making sure to stopper it immediately after.

Emerald asks why she even has the big room full of memories anyway.

"When you get to be as old as I am you start to forget things, or perhaps remember them wrong. That room is full of memories I want preserved." Joyride says. Emerald kind of wants to ask why she wanted to save a memory so painful to her like Sunshine's departure, but he doesn't want to make her sad again.

Joyride doesn't seem to be finished speaking however and continues, "Being so young, you may not realize this but as you get older time feels like it passes quicker. Days turn to weeks, weeks into months, and months into years... And it feels like it happens in a blink of an eye."

Emerald asks if maybe they can try and track the wand, and also asks what it looks like.

"Perhaps if it were closer to the time when Sunshine disappeared I might be able to find traces of it, but it's been too long. She took it with her when she left." Joyride says.

The unicorn then stops and looks up in the air. She squints her eyes hard with thought and says, "The shaft of the wand was all wavy and made of some kind of white wood. The handle and parts of the pommel were... Gold? Maybe? It wrapped around the whole bottom third of the wand. The metal around the pommel formed into sort of a small cage that contained various semi-precious stones."

Joyride shrugs and looks down at Emerald, "She had someone make it, and she enchanted it herself. As far as wands go I thought it looked pretty neat."
