That Guy with the Glasses is an alter ego of Doug Walker. It is also the namesake of his very popular website. That Guy takes viewer questions and answers them in comedic ways. In the episodes I've seen, I've never witnessed him actually smoking from his pipe, so I made it a bubble pipe to be cute.

And if you are saying to yourself "Say.. that looks like the Nostalgia pony", that is no accident.
