Drawing in crowds of ponies with their shows, choosing the best candidates for backstage tours and later getting them near a suit before it latches onto them, converting them into another wicked squadmate.
The suits don't control the ponies however, but they rewire their personality, making the victim think they always wanted to be a washout, hiding how wicked and corrupt they were until the Washouts set them free. Soon they'll be even bigger than the Wonderbolts and take over entirely at last.
