"Party hats for everypony!"

It's not a party without party hats, at least that's what Pinkie Pie thinks. And that's especially true for birthdays. She's absitively, posolutely sure. And she can tell it somepony's birthday too. I wonder which one's it is. It's party time!

Well, today's my birthday. So, I thought I'd make a vector of this. After watching that birthday short from Netflix (before Netflix removed it, boo), I loved that scene. Pinkie's as cute and silly as always. I kept forgetting to make it, but I decided to go for it last year. I would be happy if she were at my birthday party if not hosting it. She's the party pony of all party ponies, and a true friend.
