Lance Virtue did not suffer as much with her magic outbursts as her brother when she was young but her appearance is uncanny - akin to a long deceased creature of lore. Her tiny nubs of horns grow in size, and her hair grows wild. She can cipher energy from other ponies during this time and can cause organ atrophy, making them bleed from every oriface. Truly a slow, painful death. The mare has an expression of pure hate that is not hers.
Poetic Justice barely has control over his magical outbursts. To be honest, it is debated whether or not he is even conscious or himself. The last time he had one was when he was a foal; it shattered his right eye and caused many casualties. The prince does not remember this period of time but he is instinctively twitchy when magic gets too close to his face. His facial hair grows and his hair becomes a dark mass of swirling nitrogen. Anything organic has the potential to be sucked into an unseen void.

Don't worry, these two won't see a magical outburst anytime soon...maybe. Thankfully they both has trinkets that curb their magic into more singular and safe channels. Lance's magic isn't that strong compared to her siblings but she is talented at making enchanted weapons. I decided to get rid of her unicorn horn because :shrugs:.
