Today's prompt: Draw a pony up to their old tricks / Draw a pony acting fishy.

I drew Flim and Flam for a previous Training Grounds round, but I felt they were a worthy choice for this prompt. No matter how many times these charismatic shysters were driven off or foiled in their get-rich-quick schemes, they'd always find fresh dupes to fool with a fresh scam, even though they finally have a legitimate business in running a resort in Las Pegasus. I thought it would be funny to have Tough Cookie and Syntax reacting to their usual brand of showboating and smooth-talking, spending more time hyping up what they're about to show before actually getting into what it is. And, of course, singing a song about it. =P
