Gen2 Spike: I can’t go outside wearing this!
Gen1 Spike: Why? It’s nice and comfy and you don’t have to stop to go to the bathroom.
Gen3 Spike: I protest to wearing this infantile garment, it’s so undignified!
Gen1 Spike: We’re all baby Dragons, what are we supposed to wear?
Gen3 Spike: Speak for yourself, I’m over 1000 years old!
Gen2 Spike: Why are you complaining? At least you actually appeared in some animated adaptions, all I got was a figurine and a role in the Gen 2 comics.
(I was completely unaware that the Gen 2 Spike had a different appearance to the Gen 1 Spike. For those unaware, Gen 2 wasn’t the “My Little Pony Tales” series, that was Gen 1.5. Gen 2 was the most obscure brand of MLP, as it never got any animated works. All it consisted of was a slightly modified toyline, a computer game, and a few comics.)
