Personality/Background: Cupcake is the type of pony that pretty much anyone can get along with. She's fun, she's funny and whenever you're feeling down, she knows how to make you laugh. Her special talent is very unique compared to her family. While all the members of her family earned their cutie marks for partying, Cupcake got hers for cooking. This caused Cupcake to feel left out because every Saturday, the Pie family invites everyone they know to their house for a party (including their family members). Because she's such a good cook, Cupcake is regularly involved in cooking the snacks. However, the guests never show a big interest in her cooking and are instead more interested in partying rather than eating Cupcake's delicious sweets. She also feels like she's the unfavorite of the family. You see, the whole, "party-every-Saturday" was Lil Cheese's idea and his parents gave him nothing but praise for it. Because of all the parties he throws, Lil Cheese is very popular at school and he gets straight A's on almost every subject. As for Cupcake? She's tried every now and then to throw a party but for some reason, her parties don't make ponies as happy as Lil Cheese's does. She also has a little sister named Strawberry Cake who got her cutie mark in comedy. She's always making everypony around her laugh with all sorts of funny and amusing antics like knock-knock jokes, the old pie-in-the-face trick, water coming out of a flower, you name it. Pinkie and Cheese have repeatedly said that Strawberry might grow up to become a comedian when she gets older. As for Cupcake? You'd think that the Element of Laughter would tell good jokes but all she can do is tell knock-knock jokes. When she tried to do the jokes Strawberry did, Strawberry accused her of copying her, which caused Pinkie and Cheese to take their youngest daughter's (Strawberry's) side. Cupcake felt unappreciated in her family. She received no support from her parents, Lil Cheese was too busy planning parties to talk to her and whenever she tried to talk to Strawberry, she'd (Strawberry) just spray her with her water-flower (as usual). But despite all of this, Cupcake tries her hardest to remain as happy and optimistic as she can and will do whatever she can to make her friends happy.

Some Useless Facts: She has a crush on Rainbow Skies but is too scared to tell her because she's afraid that she might reject her. Her favorite types of food to cook are cupcakes and cakes. They're also her favorite desserts. She inherited her mother's sweet tooth as whenever she sees something sweet, the first thing Cupcake does is eat it as fast as she can.

Personality/Background: Jupiter loves everything about space. He always has been since he was a little colt and has yet to grow out of it. When his cutie mark was the planet Jupiter, he was ecstatic. He could talk forever about space. He spends most of his time up in his room, studying space and all the different types of planets in the solar system. His parents keep telling that while it's nice that he found a hobby and his special talent, it's not healthy to spend all your time inside doing nothing but studying about space. Jupiter didn't care though. All he wanted to do was study space. Speaking of parents, he also has a very strained relationship with them. Starlight and Sunburst are both loving and caring parents but they both have a tendency to constantly embarrass Jupiter and sometimes Luster as well and neither Starlight or Sunburst seem to care. Starlight doesn't know much about how teenagers act and as a result, she treats Jupiter like he's still a colt, even calling him baby names like, "pumpkin-wumpkins" and bringing one of his class-mates over for a play-date (well, it's like the old saying goes: Like father, like daughter XD). As for Sunburst? He tries his hardest to be a supportive dad but he's new to being a father and as a result, he keeps unintentionally embarrassing Jupiter. For example, whenever Jupiter brings a friend over, he tries to impress them by dancing or singing as loud as he can, causing Jupiter no end of embarrassment. Yeah... But despite his parents constantly embarrassing him, Jupiter knows that they still love him and his sister, no matter what.

Some Useless Facts: He keeps various photos of the solar system on his bed-room wall in his room. Luster sometimes teases him about wearing glasses, much to his annoyance. Speaking of Luster, when Sunburst embarrassed Jupiter in front of his friends by singing and dancing to the song, "Baby Got Black" by Sir Mix-A-Lot (as mentioned above), Luster wouldn't stop teasing him (Jupiter) about it for three months.
