1. Flutter shy and Celestia were the first to get together. Celestia had been growing a crush ever since Flutter tried to care for Philomena. After the many adventures the mane six went through and Equestria was in peace, Celestia would invite Flutter over to the castle to "learn" about the fauna in her own garden. Of course, this was just an attempt to get closer to her and see her. Flutter never really thought Celestia would have crushed over her, and mostly taught her out of respect and friendly connection that she would be interested in animals. During their sessions Celestia would do certain acts, such as leaning in really close to Flutter, leaning her torso over her back, and the weirdest would be to preen and lick Flutter. These acts would just be seen as normal, but only in families and close relationships. (Poor Celestia really doesn't know anything about personal space)
2. Celestia's crush on Flutter was not the only one blooming. Discord had grown a friendship with Flutter since he was released and reformed, she was the only one who really accepted him for who he was and how he was. And it wasn't really a surprise that he would eventually grow fond of her. He was hurt when he found out that Flutter and Celestia had begun dating. He had been seeing her less, and the times he did he would see her so happy over them, that he begun to grow jealous and resentful of Celestia and himself. He was hurt that they got Flutter first, that he may not have even had a chance with Flutter in the first place and she would soon forget about him.
3. Eventually, Flutter caught on Discords behavior the few times she would go see him. He would be distant, short-answered, cold and even though he tried to cover it, he would make a face when she would talk about Celestia. She would ask him if everything was alright, if there was something that bothered him but Discord would dismiss it. It all came to a boil when Flutter visited Discord, along with Celestia who heard from Flutter that something was wrong. It was all fine at the beginning, he brought tea, some crackers, there were small talks but the most abundant were the periods of silence. Celestia and Flutter knew there was something wrong. As Discord got up to bring more tea, Celestia leaned in close to Flutter, whispering in her ear if they should leave of confront him right then and there. Flutter blushed at the act, but it was misinterpreted greatly. Discord dropped the tea cups making them shatter on the ground, and with them his act. He started yelling at them both, asking why him, why did Flutter chose him, if it was because of how he was or how he looked, if it was just because she wanted a normal pony partner, all with incessant sobbing. Celestia and Flutter looked stunned. They had never seen him like this before. Flutter asked him if how he was acting was because she was dating Celestia. Discord only covered his face with his hand and paw. Shocked, she asked him if he had feelings for her. He only nodded without uncovering his face. Flutter could only stare and rub her hooves on his back. As Celestia watched all this unfold and process the information spilled, an idea came to her. She walked over to both, placing her wings over both and exclaimed that they could all date together. Both Discord with teary eyes and Flutter with eyes as big as saucers they stared at Celestia. She explained that if they all liked each other but didn't want to leave one for another, they could all love and be together as boyfriends and girlfriends. As crazy and unheard of this idea was, Discord instantly beamed, grabbing both with a grin. It was a fantastic idea.
4. Discord, Flutter and Celestia had been dating for about 7 1/2 months now, when they received news from Cadence. Their soldiers had seen a creature roaming the south east parts of the tundra while on patrol, and it looked big, bigger than an average pony. It looked unkempt and feral form afar, but as a group of soldiers closed in on the creature, it wasn't just any creature. It was King Sombra himself. After he tried to take on the Crystal Empire, he hadn't been killed as they had thought. He looked hurt, malnourished and powerless. When all three went to see him, they had him in a cell, with only a bowl of water and bread. As the three came into view, he turned around, as if in a defensive manner. In the information gathered, after the event, his horn had retained his form, and over time he regained his physical form. He had been living in the Tundra, his feral instincts giving him enough for survival to hunt and stay warm. Cadence and Shining Armor didn't know what to do with him, if to keep him here would be dangerous for their subjects or send him to Tartarus. As they all thought of their answers, Discord was the first to give his opinion.
5. After two months, Sombra had been given an ultimatum, either he could be sent to Tartarus and pay for his crimes, or he could reform himself. After years of being alone in the Tundra, and then be sent to the cold prisons of Tartarus, something else was better than that. He had been taken care of, bathed, his injuries cured, and as a necessary measure, her had been shaved in some parts as his long fur had been tangled and he developed parasites and ticks. All of that with his own two soldiers. For safety of course. He could barely walk to the train, as his hooves were so injured from the cold and the environment. He had been given three meals a day, with some snacks in between, but just in small portions as his stomach had been so accustomed to eating so little. He was grumpy, at the fact he needed to be treated as a threat and a baby at the same time, but also for the constant annoyance Discord was. He knew he needed to be grateful, after all, it was Discord who gave the idea of the reform. Although Discord saved him from a stone cold floor, Discord wouldn't leave his side. AT ALL. Even in baths he would jump in, scrub Sombra's hair and squeak a rubber duck in his face. It wasn't uncomfortable, just plain annoying for the close proximity of his body language.
