As I mentioned in his ref sheet, Windbreaker was a friendly rivalry with his maternal grandfather, Wind Rider. They love to race each other constantly (and surprisingly even in his old age, Rider can keep up most often).
But of course, besides the friendly taunts they throw at each other, Breaker is disgusted at Rider's past actions of being the Wonderbolt's "Top Dog" back in his hay day by cheating of all things. And like hell if Breaker doesn't drill this dislike into Rider's head constantly.
