The freezing-spell actually does something, but since the first try didn't lead to any "lasting" results, Twilight tried it again, even putting more power into it, which (as you can see) starts already to exhaust her. Despite that, there still is the chance that you all will get to see a fully frozen Plague, somewhere on the following pages. Now let's ask the obvious question: What is Rainbow Dash up to now?
