So this is fairly rough, but I wanted to post a picture of how I come up with the colors for a piece and how I edit at the end.
I always draw a mockup “complete” painting, and I like to refer to it once I’m done to see that I’ve came close to it. I think my original finished piece was too dark and lacked texture, atmosphere and saturation, so I tried to fix that with some color tweaks, etc. which I have loosely shown you here x3
Hope this is at least somewhat interesting x3 !
