Lemme brag about My Little Pony The Movie airing on Epix:
I knew it would end up on Epix instead of Netflix or Starz, since it’s a Lionsgate owned film. But what I didn’t know it’s that the MLP movie premiered on premium cable through MGM-owned premium movie channel, Epix last Saturday! (June 23)
This is what happens when Optimum thinks there is such thing as too much premium channels when in reality it’s not. I mean, how can I watch modern Paramount, Lionsgate and MGM films aside from classic ones on HBO and Showtime? (And I mean modern ones like this and the Bayformers, the Avengers, Star Trek, Death Wish 2018, etc.)
I am surprised nobody knew about MLP on Epix, since Lionsgate’s first run film deal is STILL on Epix, even after MGM fully bought the network.
