So this happened when sweetiebelle and rumble were having some friend time together. Sweetiebelle was thinking for a little while and realized it was quite a while since she tickled rumble, so she plucked out some of his feathers and used 2 of them to tickle his hind hooves and 1 to tickle his belly.
