This is my MLP OC, Steve McIggin. He’s essentially a hippie pony and yes, that is a joint in his mouth. He’s the owner of a small shop for random things in Ponyville, and his employee is Rainbow Crack. He supplies her (at her request) with drugs to keep her premonition powers squashed.

He’s a pegasus but doesn’t live in Cloudsdale. And yes, I know he has no cutie mark. But that’s because i really have no idea what mark to give him yet.
